How to Check AUTEL/ XHORSE/ LAUNCH Serial Number?

If you need to verify whether the Autel product is genuine, please go to the AUTEL official website (https://www.autel.com/service/3947.jhtml) and enter the product serial number for verification.

This link only supports querying e-commerce products.
If your device comes from EU/UK dealers, you can't check by this link, please contact your local dealer to check more details.

The serial number is usually 12 characters.
Here are two ways to find the serial number.
You can find the serial number from the back of the device:
1).There will be a product label on the back of the device, covering the model and serial number.

2). Please send us Autel ID (reagistration email) to check,or you can contact Autel Global Support (support@autel.com) to check.

2. Xhorse
1) As for some devices, the serial number is on the back of the Xhorse main unit.

2) As for key cutting machines, the serial number is written on a card.

3. Launch X431
The serial number is on the back of the Launch X431 main unit.
