The solutin for the following error message "The vehicle communication card cannot be reached, confirm to try again, Cancel to ignore":


Solution:
Step 1:
click this option to read vin



Step 2: Choose "USB Pass Thru Driver ( Muti-instance )" and click "Finish"



Step 3: If appears this page, this is normal, just click.



Step 4: Only you find this "USB Pass Thru Driver ( Multi-instance )", you can do diagnosis on your car.




Kindly note:

Please go to the following folder C: \ ACTIA \ portal and then delete the file WEGT.EXE
Once delete this file after installation.

Why my password is invalid?

1) The ID of our Multi-Di@g Access J2534 should begins with "19", ends up with "SKL", likes "19-99119BC1SKL". 
If your ID is not like this, such as begins with "18"or ends up with "CVD", please change VCI serial number as 070026. 
Then send the new ID to us, we will resend the activation code. 

Why "VCI NOT FOUND"? What should I do? Is it broken?
Some customers found "vci not found" problem when they entering the password, how to do?
Please check your USB cable. Most of the main units of J2534 which are send back for repair are OK. 
The problem is that the usb cable do not connected well and then your computer cannot detect VCI. 
So if your VCI cannot be detected, please connect the usb cable tightly or change another cable. 
Maybe you can use COM cable in the package to connect with the computer.
