ERROR Message: "2221-45":
"[2221-45] No access authorizationi for XENTRY Diagnostics was found on the server. Your must contact the User Help Desk"

Solution:

Please just delete the following file as the picutre.
Righ click Xentry, enter the xentry atributes, path as follow:
