How to Do with configassist error message "Unable to access service"?

Q: Hello,  i habe additonal failures when i try to run the configassist, see the screenshot, "Unable to access service" that appears with an Failure „an error occured when attempting to run the file ….SDconnect.bat“ File could not be read….. anyhow the file exists, so something seams to be wrong.
Can you please help me.

Solution:

Click "WIN+R",

open the run window

enter “Services.msc”

start configassist service in the WINDOWS service.

Done.
