The scanner is great and fast at communicating with vehicles, for some reason, the bidirectional feature is not available to none of the car makes we have tried to test. Mode 6 is user-friendly and it's a great service reset tool and code reader. The stream data formats are good enough to interpret if a failing component does not meet the function criteria. The size and light weight make it convenient to carry around, a great complimentary scan tool for mobile repair or anyone who likes minimal space use.

For a few years I was using one of the small WiFi scanners but it wouldn’t read anything except engine codes. This reads all codes including abs and transmission. I’ve been able to quickly diagnose and fix several issues on multiple vehicles with it. It won’t rewrite computer software or do anything a more expensive bi directional scanner will but it gives you a ton of information about the vehicle you’re working on. Battery life is ok not great but it beats paying a few thousand dollars for snap on Mac ect and seems to be built almost as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone who works on their own vehicles or even the professional technician who need something accurate and can’t afford to spend a ton of money

What can I say, but this thing is amazing. I have had several cheaper tools and was hesitant to spend the money for this one. Boy am I glad I did! It gives far more details about what to check and about so much more than just the engine! I still haven't figured all of it, but so far it is great.

it is equipped with high-tech service like four systems (Engine, Transmission, ABS, and SRS) diagnoses so that once the problem is related to those four systems rather than obd2 related parts and systems, I can immediately use this device to make a detection and offer appropriate solutions. Reading the diagnostic trouble codes of SRS and I realized that I couldn’t fix the accordingly problem on my own. For avoiding more serious problem, I managed to ask help from the professionals.
